Okay, so, I’ve been seeing these sheer dresses all over my feed lately, and you know I had to try one. Especially after seeing Charli D’Amelio rocking them. So, I decided to dive in and see what the hype was all about. I went on a hunt for the perfect “Charli D’Amelio sheer dress” look. I was thinking about the white butterfly Aya Muse dress or one of those SHUSHU/TONG styles.

First, I hit up a bunch of online stores. I typed in everything like “Charli D’Amelio white dress”, “Charli D’Amelio Coachella outfit”, and even “Charli D’Amelio sheer dress”. There were so many options! I’m not gonna lie, it was a bit overwhelming. I saw some that looked like the ones she wore to Coachella and the MTV VMAs. There was this one SHUSHU/TONG dress that looked super cool. It’s a bit pricey but so tempting.
After a ton of browsing, I finally found a few that I liked. I spent hours comparing them, reading reviews, and checking sizes. I even tried to find those “Selene Dusters” she had on at the VMAs. They are so cute! Finally, I made my choice – a sheer white dress, kind of like the Aya Muse one. It has these delicate butterfly details that I just love. I was so excited! I placed the order and waited.
When the dress arrived, I tried it on right away. It was a bit more revealing than I’m used to, but hey, that’s the point, right? I paired it with some boots, because why not? I felt like a totally different person in it. I remember seeing something about her wearing combat boots with it, so I thought I’d try something similar.
I wore it out to a little get-together with my friends. At first, I felt a little self-conscious, but then I remembered Charli’s confidence and just owned it. My friends loved it, and I got a ton of compliments. I felt like I could dance all night, just like Charli!
This whole experience taught me a lot about stepping outside of my comfort zone. It was fun trying to recreate Charli’s style, and I definitely felt a bit of her confidence rub off on me. I even tried a little dance, but that wasn’t for the public eye, haha.
So, yeah, that’s my story of trying out the Charli D’Amelio sheer dress trend. It was a fun experiment, and I’m glad I did it. Maybe I’ll try another one of her outfits next. I saw a two-piece set mentioned somewhere, that looked perfect for the summer. We’ll see!
