Okay, so, I wanted to figure out what colors are gonna be big in spring 2025. Started off by looking around online, trying to get a feel for what people are saying.
First, I looked at some color trend reports. These are like, you know, the expert opinions. They were talking a lot about this color called “Future Dusk.” Apparently, it’s some kind of mix between blue and purple, pretty dark and mysterious-sounding. Sounds cool, I guess. Also saw some stuff about neutrals, like grey, black, and white, being popular. Kinda basic, but I guess they work for spring. And then there were some bolder colors, like reds and oranges. I was surprised to see them.
Then, I decided to check out what people were saying on social media.
- Someone said that neutrals were out, and we should expect colors like “mocha mousse” brown, butter yellow, paprika red, and mint green. I thought that was super specific.
- Another person was all about warm colors, like honeyed neutrals and blues and greens. I guess people are feeling the warm vibes for next year.
- Some said that there will be tranquil colors.
So, I got all this info, and it was a bit all over the place, right? To make sense of it, I made a big list of all the colors I saw mentioned. Then, I started sorting them into groups. I put all the warm colors together, all the cool colors together, and so on.
My Findings
After doing all that, I started to see some patterns. It seems like there will be a mix of really bright, bold colors and some softer, more natural ones. I saw the fiery red a few times. Also lots of different shades of green. And a bunch of warm, cozy colors like browns and yellows.
Honestly, it was a fun little project. I feel like I have a better idea of what to expect for spring 2025 colors now. I can try out these colors for my own. We’ll see what actually becomes popular next year!
