Queen Letizia, I gotta say, she’s got some serious style. I mean, she’s a queen, so she kinda has to look good, right? But her outfits are always on point, even when she’s just doing regular stuff. I wanted to see if I could pull off her look, and it was a fun little project, let me tell you.
So, I started by just looking at a bunch of pictures of her online. There are tons out there. I really liked her more casual outfits, you know, the ones where she’s not all dressed up for some fancy royal event. She wears a lot of simple stuff, but it always looks so classy.
My Copycat Research
Then I went on a bit of a treasure hunt, I wanted to find clothes that looked like hers but didn’t cost a fortune. I hit up some of my usual stores and, believe it or not, I found a pretty good copycat outfit at a Big W. It was a simple dress, but it had that same kind of vibe as something Letizia would wear. I was pretty stoked about that find, honestly.
Next, I started thinking about colors. She wears a lot of neutral colors, but she also throws in some brighter ones here and there. One website I found talked about color schemes and how to use them in fashion. It was kind of interesting. I was just trying to do a copycat of her, but it’s kind of useful.
- Complementary colors: These are colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel, like blue and orange. I noticed she uses this sometimes.
- Analogous colors: These are colors that are next to each other on the color wheel, like blue and green. I found she wears a lot of these.
- Triadic colors: These are colors that are evenly spaced around the color wheel, like red, yellow, and blue. She has some outfits with this style.
I tried to keep those color things in mind when I put together my own outfits. I mean, I’m no fashion expert, but it was fun to experiment. She’s really good at using them to make her outfits look harmonious, I think.
The whole thing was just a fun little experiment. It was cool to see how a few simple changes to my wardrobe could make me feel a bit more put-together, even if I’m not a queen. And hey, I learned a little something about color schemes along the way, which is always a bonus.
