Today, I want to share my experience with Molly Qerim’s workout routine. I stumbled upon it on Instagram, and let me tell you, it’s quite something! At 40, she’s in amazing shape, and I was curious to see if I could keep up.
First, I watched a bunch of videos on TikTok and Instagram. I got to say, seeing her in that tight black outfit, she really inspired me. It’s not just about the workout itself, but the whole lifestyle she embodies.
My Workout Routine
- Warm-up: I started with some light stretches, just like I saw in one of her videos, to get the blood flowing.
- Main Workout: I tried to follow along, but man, it was tough! I did some cardio, some strength training, and tried to incorporate some of those yoga moves she does with Alo Yoga. I felt good after pushing myself to try the exercises.
- Cool-down: Ended with some more stretching, focusing on relaxing the muscles I just worked.
Honestly, I couldn’t do everything she does, not even close. But it gave me a new appreciation for her dedication. It’s clear that her fitness is a big part of her life, just like her career in sports anchoring.
I also learned she’s been dealing with severe endometriosis, which she announced a few years back. Knowing that, it’s even more impressive how she maintains such a rigorous routine. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about taking care of yourself, inside and out.
I heard she took a break from First Take recently, which makes sense. With the NBA and college basketball seasons coming up, it’s probably a good idea to rest up. She’s always on TV, commanding the desk on ESPN’s morning show, so a little break is well-deserved.
I’m not sure if I’ll stick with this routine every day. It was really tough, and I’m not used to such intense workouts. But I definitely learned a lot from trying it out. It’s inspiring to see someone so committed to their health, especially while juggling a demanding career.

In the end, I realized that it’s not just about the workout itself, but the whole lifestyle. Eating healthy, like her Mediterranean-based diet, and staying active regularly. It’s a journey, and I’m just getting started. I’m gonna take it slow, and just do my best, and try to keep fit!
