Okay, so, you won’t believe what I tried today. It’s all about that infamous Lady Gaga vomiting performance. Yeah, the one where she had that girl throw up on her during a concert. I was like, “There’s no way that’s real, right?” So, I decided to find out for myself. Not the actual throwing up on someone part, but the whole performance art vibe of it.

First, I needed some music. I didn’t have a drum set like Gaga, so I just grabbed some pots and pans from my kitchen. It wasn’t the same, but hey, it made some noise. Then, I put on a white apron, because, you know, details.
Looking for an assistant
- I also needed someone to be the “vomit artist.”
My friend, Sarah, was over, and after a lot of convincing and explaining that it was all for a fun, weird experiment, she agreed. Not to actually throw up, but to pretend like she’s gonna do it. We used some green-colored juice for the “vomit” effect. Yeah, it looks gross, but we gotta keep it real, right?
So, there I was, banging on my pots and pans like a crazy person, and Sarah was doing her best to look like she was gonna throw the green juice up on me. It was a mess, it was hilarious, and we were both laughing so hard.
Attempting to simulate
- We tried to recreate the whole scene, the shock value, and everything.
I even played some Lady Gaga songs in the background to get into the mood. I gotta say, it was a pretty wild experience. It didn’t have the same impact as the actual Lady Gaga performance, but it was something really different.
After we were done, cleaning up the green juice was a whole other story. It went everywhere. But hey, it was worth it. I mean, how many people can say they tried to recreate a Lady Gaga vomiting performance in their living room?

So, yeah, that was my day. A little weird, a little crazy, but definitely something I won’t forget. It’s amazing how far we go to understand art, even if it’s as bizarre as this. And honestly, I have a new respect for Lady Gaga and her artistic choices, even if they are a bit out there.
I just did that, it was such a blast, and I felt like I had to share it with you guys. Let me know what you think, and if any of you have done something this wild, I’d love to hear about it.
