Okay, so today, I wanted to try something different, you know? I got this idea to recreate some looks of Bianca Jagger. She’s like, a total style icon from back in the day. I’ve always loved her vibe – super chic and powerful, but also really elegant. So, I thought, why not give it a shot?
First off, I started digging through my closet. I was hunting for anything that screamed “Bianca.” I found this old white blazer, a bit oversized, but hey, that’s the look, right? Then, I paired it with a long, flowy skirt I had. It wasn’t a suit skirt, but it had that same kind of vibe. I felt like I was on the right track.
The next big thing was the hair. Bianca’s known for her hair, whether it’s those big, bouncy curls or that sleek, straight look. I don’t really have her volume, but I went for the straight style. I spent a good amount of time with my straightener, trying to get it just right. It was a bit of a struggle, honestly, my hair has a mind of its own! But I got it, straight and shiny at the end.
Then came the accessories. I remembered seeing this picture of Bianca in a big hat with a veil – so iconic! I didn’t have anything like that, but I did have a wide-brimmed hat. It wasn’t quite the same, but I thought it added a little something extra to the whole look. I also put on some simple, classic jewelry – nothing too flashy, just enough to add a touch of elegance.
- White blazer: Found an old one in my closet.
- Long skirt: Not a suit skirt, but it worked.
- Straight hair: Thanks to my trusty straightener.
- Wide-brimmed hat: Not a veiled one, but it added to the look.
- Simple jewelry: Just a few classic pieces.
Putting it all together was the fun part. I stood in front of the mirror, trying to channel my inner Bianca. I even tried a few poses I remembered seeing her in. It was pretty fun, even if I did feel a little silly at first. I think I nailed the serious, but also very confident, look she’s known for. It was a struggle at first and I looked like a fool trying to pose like that, but practice makes perfect, right?
The Outcome
Honestly, it turned out better than I expected! I felt really confident and stylish, like I could take on the world. It was amazing how just changing my clothes and hair could make me feel so different. It definitely made me appreciate Bianca Jagger’s style even more. It also made me realize that sometimes, you just gotta try something new and step outside your comfort zone. You might just surprise yourself with what you can pull off! And, you know, it’s just fun to play dress-up sometimes, even as a grown-up. I did take a couple of photos to share with you all. Maybe I’ll try another one of her looks sometime soon!
