Okay, so, I just went to the nail salon today, and you guys know I usually keep it pretty simple with my nails. But today, I was feeling a little bit… adventurous. So, I decided to go for something different.
I told the nail tech, “I want something classy but with a little bit of spice, you know?” And she was like, “I got you.” So, we started looking at colors and designs, and I finally settled on a French manicure.
- First, she cleaned up my nails, you know, the usual – trimmed them, filed them, pushed back the cuticles. All that good stuff.
- Then came the fun part. She started with a nice, natural-looking base color. It was this pretty, sheer pink that I really liked.
- After that, she carefully painted the white tips. I watched her like a hawk to make sure they were all even, haha.
It took a little while, but the end result was totally worth it. They look so elegant and chic, but also a little bit fun. I feel like I can wear these with anything, from jeans and a t-shirt to a fancy dress.
I’m really happy with how they turned out. I think I might be a French manicure convert now! I keep looking at my hands, I just love how they look. I even posted a picture of them on my Instagram and got, like, over 400 likes! It seems like many people love this kind of nail design. And someone even commented that I am just like Nicki Minaj! She really inspires me! I guess I’ll try to find out how much money she spent on her nails.
So yeah, that’s my nail story for today. If you’re thinking about getting your nails done, I definitely recommend trying out a French manicure. It’s a classic for a reason!
