Okay, so I’ve been thinking about this whole wearables thing, and I just had to share my experience. I mean, I’ve got a smartwatch on my left wrist, and recently, I started wearing a fitness tracker on my right. At first, I thought, “Is this weird? Am I overdoing it?” But then I started actually using them and well, here’s what happened.
So, first things first, I grabbed both my smartwatch and my fitness tracker. Charged them up, of course. My smartwatch is one of those that do pretty much everything – calls, messages, you name it. The fitness tracker is more focused, you know, steps, heart rate, sleep, that kind of stuff.
I started wearing them both, one on each wrist. Initially, it felt a bit strange. Like, I was very aware of having something on both my wrists. But I got used to it pretty quickly. People around me didn’t seem to notice or care, which was a relief.

So, to answer the question, “Is it weird to have wearables on each wrist?” I’d say, nope, not at all. It might feel a bit odd at first, but if it works for you, if it helps you stay connected and healthy, then why not? That’s my take on it, anyway.
I found that each device was good at its own thing. It made me more aware of how I was doing day-to-day. I even started eating better and getting more sleep. Go figure, right?
