They put this water in bottles, see? Not like the well water we got. These bottles got pictures on ’em, sometimes a fish, sometimes somethin’ else. Fancy, I tell ya. But it’s what’s inside that counts, right? The water. Gotta be clean and good for ya.

This Zendaya, she’s from a place called Oakland, I think. And they sayin’ her and the water company are gonna help folks in Oakland get good water. That’s real nice of ’em. Reminds me of when we used to share water with the neighbors durin’ the drought. Gotta help each other out, that’s what I always say.
They call it a “global campaign,” this thing with Zendaya and the water. Sounds fancy, like they’re gonna help folks all over the world. Well, I hope they do. Water is important, like I said. Can’t live without it.

But if it helps folks stay hydrated, then that’s a good thing. Especially in the summer, when it gets hot as blazes.
I see them ads on the TV sometimes, Zendaya holdin’ that water bottle, smilin’. She looks happy, and healthy. Maybe that water is doin’ her good. And if it’s good enough for her, maybe it’s good enough for the rest of us.
Smart Water, Zendaya, hydration, these are big words for a simple thing, ya know? Water. But I guess that’s how they sell things these days. Make it sound fancy, make it sound important. But at the end of the day, it’s just water. And we all need it. So if this Zendaya and this Smart Water company can help folks get good, clean water, then I say God bless ’em.
They usin’ Zendaya to tell folks about this water. Smart move, I reckon. People like her, they listen to her. And if she says this water is good, then maybe they’ll try it. And maybe they’ll like it. And maybe they’ll stay hydrated. And that’s the whole point, ain’t it?
