So, I’ve been on this fragrance kick lately, trying to find something that just screams “me,” you know? And I stumbled upon this Victoria’s Secret Seduction line. I’d heard some buzz about it, mostly good things, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
First thing I did was hop online to see what the deal was with these perfumes. There are a bunch of them in the Seduction line – Bombshell Seduction, Pure Seduction, Be Seduced, and probably a few others I’m forgetting. They’ve been around for a while, too, like since the early 2000s it seems.
I decided to start with Pure Seduction. I read somewhere that it’s got this fruity, sweet smell, with some melon notes. Sounded kinda nice, and the bottle was a pretty red color, so I went for it. Ordered it online, and it showed up at my door a few days later.
- First impression: the packaging is pretty standard, nothing too fancy. But the bottle itself is a nice size, and like I said, I like the color.
- The scent: Okay, it’s definitely sweet. Like, really sweet. I could smell the melon for sure, but it was mixed with other stuff that I couldn’t quite place. It’s a strong scent, too – a little goes a long way.
- I wore it out a couple of times, just to see how it felt in the real world. Got a few compliments, mostly from other women who liked the sweetness. Didn’t really get any negative reactions, which was good.
Pure Seduction Try-On
Next up was Bombshell Seduction. This one is supposed to be more floral, with white peony and sage notes. I’m not usually a huge floral person, but I was curious. Plus, the bottle looked a little more sophisticated, with a ribbon design, so I figured it might be a more mature scent.
- First impression: Yeah, the bottle is definitely nicer. It looks like something you’d see on a fancy vanity.
- The scent: It’s floral, but not overpowering. I could smell the peony, but it was mixed with something else, maybe the sage? It’s definitely a softer, more subtle scent than Pure Seduction.
- Wore this one out a few times, too. It felt more “grown-up” than Pure Seduction, if that makes sense. I liked it, but it didn’t blow me away.
Bombshell Seduction Try-On
After that, I tried Be Seduced. This one was a little harder to find info on, but I think it’s been around since 2011. It’s described as an aromatic fruity fragrance. I decided just go for it and give it a try.
- First impression: Bottle is pretty standard, nothing too special.
- The scent: It’s fruity, but not as sweet as Pure Seduction. It’s a little hard to describe, but it’s got a nice, warm feeling to it.
- Wore this one out a few times, and it’s probably my favorite of the three. It’s not too strong, but it’s still noticeable. It just feels really comfortable and easy to wear.
Be Seduced Try-On
Overall, I had fun experimenting with these Victoria’s Secret Seduction perfumes. They’re all pretty different, but they all have that signature Victoria’s Secret vibe, if you know what I mean. I’d say they’re worth checking out if you’re looking for something new and want to be more girly, but don’t expect anything too groundbreaking. And remember, a little goes a long way with these, so don’t overdo it!
