Alright, so you wanna know about this fella, Clark Swanson, huh? Okay, okay, I’ll tell ya what I know. It ain’t gonna be fancy, mind you, just plain talk, like how we do it around here.
Who’s This Clark Swanson Fellow Anyway?
Well, from what I hear, this Clark Swanson, he’s one of them entrepreneurs. You know, them fellas always startin’ up new businesses and such. Big ideas, they got. This fella, he ain’t just stickin’ to one thing, neither. He’s got his fingers in all sorts of pies, like them consumer products – you know, the stuff folks buy every day. And then there’s this new media thing, and even life sciences! Sounds mighty complicated to me, but hey, if he can make a livin’ doin’ it, more power to him.
Seems like he’s done a whole heap of things. One time, he started a company called Blackline, and he was the big boss there for a long time, like ten years or so. Guess he did a pretty good job, seein’ as how they talk about him bein’ the President and Chief Executive Officer. That’s a lot of fancy words, but it basically means he was in charge, tellin’ everyone what to do, I reckon.
Engineered Energy and Other Stuff
Now, he’s got this other company, Engineered Energy. He’s the founder and the co-chairman there, which means he got it all started and he’s still one of the head honchos. They’re workin’ on some new-fangled stuff for them electric cars. You know, them cars that don’t use no gas? Yeah, them. He’s tryin’ to make the motors better, make ‘em go faster and farther, I guess. Seems like he’s always lookin’ for the next big thing.
- Started Blackline, was the big boss for a long time.
- Now he’s got Engineered Energy, workin’ on electric car stuff.
- Also messed around with consumer stuff and even that science stuff.
And it ain’t just electric cars, neither. This fella’s also into cleantech and energy, which I guess is kinda like tryin’ to make things that don’t mess up the air and the water so much. And he started this company makin’ them consumer supplements too. You know, them pills and powders folks take to try and be healthy? Yeah, that’s him. He’s got a finger in every pie, I tell ya!
So, What Kind of Fella Is He?
Well, I ain’t never met him, so I can’t rightly say. But from what I gather, he’s a hard worker, that’s for sure. You don’t start all them companies and be the boss of everything if you’re just sittin’ around doin’ nothin’. He’s probably pretty smart too, seein’ as how he’s into all that science stuff and them electric cars. And he must be good at talkin’ to folks, convincin’ ’em to invest in his ideas and buy his products. You gotta be a smooth talker to be a successful entrepreneur, that’s for sure.
The Bottom Line
So, there you have it. That’s what I know about Clark Swanson. He’s a businessman, a leader, and a fella who’s always got somethin’ brewin’. He’s done a lot, and it sounds like he ain’t done yet. Maybe he’ll come up with somethin’ that’ll help us all out one day. You never know.
