Well, let me tell ya about this Kim Kardashian perfume, the one she calls “Kim Kardashian by Kim Kardashian.” I ain’t no fancy perfume expert, mind you, but I know what smells good and what don’t. And this here perfume, it smells pretty darn good, like somethin’ a fancy lady would wear to a big party, not like that cheap stuff they sell at the dollar store, you know?
This perfume, it ain’t just one smell, it’s got layers, like an onion, but way better smelling. First off, it’s got this sweet smell, kinda like them flowers that grow in the yard, real sweet and pretty. They call it honeysuckle, I think, and somethin’ called orange flower and mandarin orange. Sounds fancy, huh? But it just smells real nice and fresh, like a sunny morning.
Then, after a bit, you start smellin’ somethin’ else, somethin’ a little stronger, but still good. It’s got this tuberose in it, and gardenia, and jasmine, them are all flowers, too. And a little bit of spices, makes it kinda warm and cozy. It ain’t too strong, just enough to make you feel, well, fancy, I guess.
And then, the smell that stays with ya all day, that’s the bottom layer, they call it base notes. It’s got this tonka bean, smells kinda like vanilla, and musk, which I ain’t sure what that is, but it smells good. And sandalwood, like them fancy boxes they sell at the store. And orchid, another flower, and woodsy notes, which makes you think of walkin’ in the woods on a warm day. See? It’s got a whole lotta smells mixed together, but they all go together real nice.

I heard tell she had some other ones before, like “Signature” and “Gold” and “Glam” and some others with fancy names. This one, though, this “Kim Kardashian by Kim Kardashian,” that’s her name all over it, ain’t it? Like she’s sayin’, “This is me, this is what I smell like.” I guess that’s what happens when you get famous, you put your name on everything, even perfume.
Folks say Kim Kardashian, she likes to make all sorts of things for women to make themselves pretty, you know? Make-up, face creams, and now this perfume. She used to have somethin’ called KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance, but I heard she shut them down. Now she’s got this Skkn thing for your face, and she’s changin’ the name of her perfume too, since she ain’t married no more, I reckon. These city folks and their changing names! Can’t keep up with them sometimes.
Anyways, this perfume, it comes in a fancy bottle, all clear and sparkly. It looks nice sittin’ on your dresser, even if you ain’t gonna wear it. But you should wear it, ’cause it smells real nice. It makes you feel like you ain’t just some old lady doin’ chores all day, it makes you feel like you could go out and dance the night away, or at least go to the grocery store without feelin’ like a frump. It ain’t cheap, mind you, but sometimes you gotta treat yourself, right? You work hard, you deserve to smell good.
I ain’t no expert on what smells fancy and what don’t, but I know what I like. And this Kim Kardashian perfume, it smells good. It smells like flowers and sunshine and somethin’ a little bit mysterious. It makes you feel good, and that’s all that matters, ain’t it? So, if you see this perfume at the store, give it a sniff. You might just like it, and if you do, well, go ahead and treat yourself. You deserve it.
