So, I saw this thing about the Dior Carousel of Dreams at Saks and I just had to check it out. This whole setup is part of a collaboration between Dior and Saks that’s been going on for, like, 70 years. That’s way longer than I’ve been around! They say it’s all about celebrating their shared history with the U.S. and Dior’s constantly changing heritage. Sounds fancy, right?
Anyway, I headed over to Saks, and boy, was it something. Dior had this idea to create a “magical Carousel of Dreams,” and it’s filled with all these Dior symbols, like stars, clovers, and even zodiac signs. Apparently, these are all lucky charms of the guy who started Dior. And the whole thing is covered in a ton of flowers. It’s really a sight to behold.
When I got to the ground floor, I saw this massive carousel. Seriously, it’s almost five meters tall! I stood there for a good while just taking it all in. It’s so detailed and grand. They weren’t kidding when they called it a “Carousel of Dreams.”
The Experience
- First, I walked around the ground floor, admiring the carousel from all angles.
- Then, I spent some time looking at the decorations, the flowers, the symbols – it’s all very intricate.
- I noticed people taking pictures, so, of course, I snapped a few myself. Gotta get that content, you know?
As the holidays are coming up, this whole display just adds to that joyful, sharing vibe. I strolled around, soaked it all in, and just enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a good day spent being amazed by this Dior and Saks collaboration. They really went all out, and it’s something I won’t forget anytime soon. Really a good time for a visit and take some beautiful photos.
